Grozdanov takes leave of Lokomotiv (Sofia)

Stefan Grozdanov has resigned as coach of PFC Lokomotiv (Sofia) after a run of five games without a win which has seen them drop out of the Bulgarian "A" FG title race. A 2-1 home defeat by fourth-placed PFC Litex (Lovech) on Wednesday proved the final straw for 62-year-old Grozdanov, who tended his resignation. Assistant Dimitar Vasev will take the reins until a permanent replacement is found.
