Promoted: - Cherno more (Varna) and Spartak (Pleven) - as the two best placed teams in B RFG from outside Sofia;
- Slavia (Sofia) - as the best placed team in B RFG from Sofia.
Playoffs for relegation/promotion between the second worst placed team in A RFG from Sofia (Cherveno zname) and the
second best placed team in B RFG from Sofia (Lokomotiv):
Lokomotiv (Sofia) - Cherveno zname (Sofia) 2:0
Cherveno zname (Sofia) - Lokomotiv (Sofia) 0:1
Cherveno zname are relegated and Lokomotiv are promoted.
