The B-championship of Bulgaria 1999-2000

All games are played on Mondays or Tuesdays. Only players
who have not taken part in the last round of A PFG have
the right to participate. All junior players do have that 
right, even if they have played for the A team.

Some B teams take place in the regional championship (4th division).
For example, Etar 2 play in the Veliko Tarnovo zone, while Kubrat 2
play in the Razgrad zone.
