NE "V" AFG:

  OFK Devnya (Devnya) will probably play it's home matches in Povelyanovo.
  Preslav-L (Veliki Preslav) probably changes name to Preslav (Veliki Preslav).

  Sportist (General Toshevo) withdraws from the group. It's place has probably
been taken by Kamchiets (Dalgopol) ("A" RFG Varna), but they too decided to withdraw.
  Altetik (Ezerovo) withdraws from the league.
  Kubrat (Kubrat) withdraws from the league.
  Vihar (Loznitsa) withdraws from the league.
  Akademik Bona (Targovishte) withdraws from the league.
  Benkovski (Byala) will keep their place in the league, despite finishing in the 
relegation zone last season (they'll take Kubrat's place.
  Septemvri'98 (Tervel) ("A" RFG Dobrich) will join the league on Kamchiets' place.
  Albena'97 (Obrochishte) ("A" RFG Dobrich) will join the league on Akademik Bona's
place.

  Due to this changes the group will be of 16 instead of 18 teams.

NW "V" AFG:

  Sikonko (Klimentovo) merges in Lokomotiv (Gorna Oryahovitsa). The team name
remains Lokomotiv (Gorna Oryahovitsa).
  Botev Bulmeks withdraws from the league. It's place is taken by Varshets (Varshets)
from "A" RFG Montana.
  Botev (Lilyache) withdraws from the league.
  Balkan (Belogradchik) withdraws from the league.
  Spartak (Galiche) probably merged into Chavdar (Byala Slatina). The new team name
remains Chavdar (Byala Slatina).

  Due to this changes the group will be of 16 instead of 18 teams.

SW "V" AFG:
-----------
  Skala (Bov) will play it's home matches in Svoge.
  Spartak (Sofia) will play it's home matches in Mirovyane.
  Hebar (Pazardzhik) will play it's home matches in Sofia ("Akademik" st.) or
in Kazichene.
  This season Levski (Dolna Banya) is composed from players from Levski (Sofia)'s B team.
  Verila (Elin Pelin) merges with the team from "A" RFG Sofia-city Iskar (German)
to form Avto Bil 2000 (German).

SE "V" AFG:
-----------
  Kosmos (Burgas) will play it's home matches in Aitos.
  Beroe 2000 (Stara Zagora) changes name to Lokomotiv (Stara Zagora).
  Port (Burgas) withdraws from the league and as a result Zagorets (Nova Zagora)
will keep their place in the league. There is also a small possibility that for
some unknown reason Port is relegated instead of Zagorets.
  Just before the start of the season Dimitrovgrad (Dimitrovgrad) withdraws from
the league.
  Just before the start of the season Teksima (Kabile) withdraws from the league.
  Just before the start of the season Toplika (Haskovski mineralni bani) withdraws
from the league.
  Port (Burgas) will compete on Toplika's place.

  Due to this changes the group will be of 16 instead of 18 teams.
