Changes in the "V" AFGs before the 2003/2004 season
Northeastern "V" AFG:
- the group is extended from 16 to 18 teams as of this season.
- Partizan (Gradina) is reformed - the club moves to Razgrad and changes name to
Ludogorets 2003 (Razgrad).
Northwestern "V" AFG:
- as a result of the only two teams being promoted to the group, relegated Elit (Svishtov)
is very likely to retain its place in the group.
Southwestern "V" AFG:
- none
Southeastern "V" AFG:
- newly promoted Borui (Stara Zagora) changes name to Beroe AKB (Stara Zagora).
