Qualifications for the Northeastern "V" AFG
Participants:
"A" OFG Varna:       Chernomorets (Byala, obl.Varna)
"A" OFG Dobrich:     none of the teams was able to participate in the qualifications
"A" OFG Shumen:      Han Krum (Han Krum) - excluded [*]
"A" OFG Silistra:    Transmariska (Tutrakan)
"A" OFG Razgrad:     Melisa Tekstil 2000 (Isperih)
"A" OFG Targovishte: Makariopolsko (Makariopolsko) - excluded [*]
"A" OFG Ruse:        Prista 2000 (kv.Sredna kula, Ruse)

[*] - Han Krum and Makariopolsko were excluded from the qualifications because they
couldn't meet the criteria for participation in "V" AFG.

Note: 4 teams to qualify.

Since only four teams participated in the qualifications for the four free spots, there were
no qualifications.

Chernomorets (Byala, obl.Varna), Transmariska (Tutrakan), Melisa Tekstil 2000 (Isperih) and
Prista 2000 (kv.Sredna kula, Ruse) are the new members of the Northeastern "V" AFG for
the 2003/2004 season.

Qualifications for the Northwestern "V" AFG
Participants:
"A" OFG Vidin:          none of the teams was able to participate in the qualifications
"A" OFG Vratsa:         Botev 21 (Vratsa)
"A" OFG Montana:        Minyor (Draganitsa) - excluded [*]
"A" OFG Lovech:         none of the teams was able to participate in the qualifications
"A" OFG Pleven:         none of the teams was able to participate in the qualifications
"A" OFG Veliko Tarnovo: Chumerna (Elena)
"A" OFG Gabrovo:        no competition this year

[*] - Minyor (Draganitsa) were excluded from the qualifications because they couldn't
meet the criteria for participation in "V" AFG.

Note: 3 teams to qualify.

Botev 21 (Vratsa) and Chumerna (Elena) are the new members of the Northwestern "V" AFG
for the 2003/2004 season.

"A" OFG Blagoevgrad:  Iztrebitel (Novo Delchevo)

"A" OFG Kardzhali:    Granichar (Kirkovo)
"A" OFG Yambol:       Benkovski (Zimnitsa)
"A" OFG Sliven:       Tvarditsa (Tvarditsa)
"A" OFG Burgas:       Vihar 2000 (Aytos) - withdrew [*]

[*] - Vihar 2000 (Aytos) withdrew just before the start of the qualifications and couldn't
be replaced by another team from "A" OFG Burgas.
